Delivery
Your orders are processed swiftly and dispatched within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll be notified when your order has been shipped, complete with a tracking number, so you can keep tabs on its progress. Standard delivery to France takes 4-6 business days from dispatch, while deliveries to relay points take 5-7 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the value of your purchase: Orders over €100 qualify for free Mondial Relay delivery within metropolitan France. We also provide delivery to European Union countries for a flat fee of 15€ with 5-10 day delivery time from dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
At Franck Ebstein, you're granted 30 days to make up your mind and be refunded for any purchase. If you aren't satisfied with your order, you can return it within the specified timeframe free of charge and receive a full refund (minus delivery costs). This will be done within 15 days of us receiving your item. The amount will be credited to the same account which was used for payment or your PayPal balance. For individual orders, the items must not have been washed or worn in order to qualify for a return/exchange. In these cases, an exchange is also permitted if the size/color isn't quite what you had in mind - just send them back clean and folded in their original packaging.
